Dress Code
Round-neck T-shirts and sleeveless attire are not allowed. Jeans are permitted. Employees must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Workplace Conduct
No harassment (employees or management). No discrimination (gender, religion, caste, politics). Respectful work environment required.
Office Rules
Smoking and alcohol strictly prohibited inside office. Controlled use of mobile and social media during work hours.
Leave Policy
No leave without permission. EL: 1.5 days/month. SL: 1 day/month. If leave balance is exceeded → salary deduction.
Work From Home
Maximum 3 days per month allowed for work from home, subject to prior approval from management.
Probation & Agreement
Probation period: 3 months. Minimum 1-year mutual agreement. No bond or certificate holding.
Notice Period
Project employees: 3 months notice. Bench employees: 1 month notice. Early exit subject to management approval.
Growth & Promotion
Promotion eligibility after 1 year. Quarterly performance discussions with management for feedback and growth planning.
Maternity Leave
6 months paid maternity leave for eligible employees as per company guidelines.
Work System
Company provides laptop/system for work. Daily stand-up: 30 mins. Weekly review: Friday (1 hour).
Work Timing
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Weekend: Saturday & Sunday off.
